First, we design the piece of jewelry on a 3D CAD design program, which creates a rendered (or virtual) image of your design. The next step is to print a 3D model out of wax which is to scale for the appropriate finger size. This allow people to not only see but feel how big the design is going to be and try it on if they wish. For online customers, we have no problem sending our 3D wax model out in the mail.
Once the 3D model is approved, we move on to casting the piece of jewelry. Casting is the process of melting down the metal into the piece of jewelry. Once the casting is finished, its polished and any diamonds or gemstones are set. The newly designed piece goes through a thorough cleaning and is ready to be picked up or shipped.
